Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you create a RingZero account, we collect your name, email address, and login. When you sign in using Google or GitHub, we receive basic profile information (name, email, avatar) from those providers. We also collect device information (device name, OS, device type) to manage your active sessions.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and authenticate your account
  • To manage device sessions and security
  • To provide RingZero AI assistant features
  • To send important service notifications

3. Google User Data

If you sign in with Google, RingZero receives your Google account name, email address, and profile picture. We use this information solely to create and authenticate your RingZero account. We do not sell, share, or use your Google account data for advertising purposes. We do not access any other Google services or data beyond basic profile information.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on our servers. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Session tokens are issued per device and can be revoked at any time from your account settings. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS).

5. Third-Party Services

RingZero integrates with Google OAuth and GitHub OAuth for authentication. Your use of those sign-in methods is subject to their respective privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their data practices.

6. Deletion

Upon deletion, your personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days. AI conversation history stored locally on your device is not retained on our servers.

7. Cookies

We use authentication cookies and local storage to keep you signed in across sessions. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
